do I qualify for FREE SHIPPING?
In most cases our price includes free shipping. Please
note that our free shipping offer is for normal ground
shipping only and does not apply if an order requires
“RUSH” status. For additional information

What is included in the price?
The price we quote is usually clear and transarent
with "NO Surprises". Every aspect of the work
is quoted clearly. With embroidered items you may order
as few as 6 items for polo shirts, Jersey Tees etc.
If you order 6-11 pieces there is likely chance that
the price will be slightly higher than a volume order.
However we stand by our price promise and in most cases
we will continue to be most competitive. Caps minimums
are no less than 12 pieces.
Unlike most competitors who's price does
not include embroidery our price includes embroidery
up to 5,000 stitches. Most embroidery of logos fall
between 5,000 and 8,000 stitches.
Screen printed items prices include one
ink color for one location.
If you need decoration for more that
one location please inform us at the time of placing
the requesting a quote so that we provide complete information.
How does the ordering process
work?

Fast Delivery
Our production facility operates at full
capacity for one reason and one reason only…to
get our customers the products they’ve ordered
as quickly as possible. With over 60 people working
constantly to meet customer deadlines and with a complete
range of printing and embroidery solutions in hand,
it’s easy to see why we’re able ship most
orders within ten to fifteen business days from the
date of approval. If necessary and for a small additional
fee, our size, experience, and flexibility allows us
to rush your order to help you make the impact you’re
looking for as quickly as possible. Just ask.
Order Processing
We make ordering simple and intuitive
by providing help whenever required to help you complete
your order right away by phone. We offer simple and
reliable methods for payment like cheques and demand
drafts.
Our order processing is built completely
around your participation and design approval. We give
you complete control of how and when your order goes
to production for sewing. Your satisfaction is 100%
guaranteed and here’s how:
1. Once your order is received, we email
or fax a copy of your order to you to confirm the order
and provide you with an estimated shipping date. We
won’t begin our work until we know your order
is correct.
2. After you’re satisfied the order is correct,
we order your product for quick delivery to our production
facility.
3. If we don’t already have your logo or image
on file, we’ll request that you provide a digital
image of your logo that we’ll use to decorate
your items. We then develop a mock image of how your
custom embroidery will look (also known as a “sew-out”).
Once this image is complete, we send this to you for
approval to ensure the final product will be exactly
what you envision. We’ll make as many revisions
to the sew-out image as necessary to get it right and
we won’t stitch a thing until you’re satisfied.
4. After you’ve approved the sewn-out image, we
send your order to our production line for sewing and
after a careful quality assurance inspection, your order
is completed and shipped to you.
What is the delivery time?
Our average shipping of your decorated items
is 10 to 15 business days from the time you approve
the invoice that we send back for verification of your
order. This however does not apply for the "Basil
Express" products.
Express orders can be done if you need
your order shipped faster than 8 - 10 business days.

Ordering Cutoff.
Orders must be submitted by 4 PM, IST and the invoice
must be approved by 5 PM. Orders that are approved after
5 PM IST will be considered received on the following
business day.
Ground Shipping
Time. We ship out of Mumbai / Chennai / Tirupur
depdnding on the order and the availability. The delivery
time will vary between 2 hours to 2 days. However you
can contact us for a confirmation of the same.
What payment options do you
accept?
Currently we accept We accept cheques and Demand
Drafts. Credit Card option will be available shortly.
How do I send you my artwork/logos?
There are several options to send us artwork.
1. After you complete an order, you may
mail us the logo at the e-mail ID provided.
2. At the time of placing your order
you can also send us the log on a CD in case there are
additional specifications which need to be taken care
of.
The advantage of artwork for embroidery
is the file does not need to be high resolution. The
artwork must be clean and can be sent as small as 72
dpi. The files can be .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .tiff, .bmp,
.eps just to name a few.
What are my decoration color
choices?
Refer to our Shade Card in the "tool"
option for a complete range of colours.
Do I receive an invoice by mail?
No. We keep your costs low and functionality
high by providing you with an invoice via email. We
email all orders a copy of the invoice in PDF format
to approve before we process the order. You can always
print copies of your invoice and keep them for your
own records. If specific departments need copies of
the invoice you can provide us with the email address
of the contact person when ordering or forward the email
over to them.
If you do not have the acrobat
reader, the reader used to read PDF files, we will email
you a link to download it for free when we send the
invoice via email.
