Can I mix and match my order?
Yes, we do allow combination of products of sizes, colors and models, as long as each item is embroidered with the same design. In our set of available colours our minimum order quantity is ONE so you can choose a combination of various styles and colours subject to stock availability and time available.

Because embroidery on headwear requires a special setup and special equipment, headwear must stand alone for quantity pricing and for minimum quantities.

For screen printed items such as t shirts you can mix and match shirt colors for the same design. However. If you are going from a light color shirt to a dark color shirt new screens must be created in most cases. If new screens are required, there is additional cost incurred which may increase the cost of your purchase.

Can I order samples?
Yes, we can send you a blank sample. To order a sample all you do is contact us with the specific requirement and we will send a sample from our available stock. The price for samples is given at the time of shipping. Generally the sample is sent out within 24 hours. Once you place the main order the sample can be returned to be embroidered with your order. Or you can do as many, keep it and wear it as casual wear without any decoration.

If your concern is seeing you logo sewn out we resolve this concern very simple. We do not and will not decorate any item without your approval of sewn out samples on swatches. Before we go into production you will receive your logo sewn out via email for you approval. Only after you have approved the sew out is when we go to production.

Screen printed samples are not provide due to the screen set up involved. We provide you with an ink jet printout or internet sample of the artwork.

Samples are returnable only to be credited towards your order. Therefore, we suggest to order a sample that is in the size apparel that you would wear.

The reasoning for non returnable items are warehouses charge a restocking fee. By the time we pass on the restocking fee and you pay for shipping to return the item you might as well keep the item.

Is there a min. on placing orders?
Not for "Basil Express" where our minmum order quantity is ONE. However we also process orders of less than 12 pieces. But to do so your total value of purchase will have to be atleast Rs. 5000. Generally speaking only accessories items will not qualify. Our min order we will process is 6 pieces. Caps minimums are no less than 24 pieces and must be ordered in counts of 12.

When ordering 12 or more pieces our prices include set up of your logo up to 5000 stitches. Majority of all logo fall under 5000 to 10,000 stitches.

Can I order embroidery for more than one location?
Products can be decorated in several locations. For instance, you may want your website on the sleeve of your polo or the back of your caps. The most common locations for shirts when embroidering 2 locations is the left chest and left sleeve. For caps the most common place is the face of the cap and on the back above the closure.

The prices that are listed on our site include the product and embroidery for one location up to 5000 stitches. Most logo stitch counts will range between 5,000 and 7,500.

Designs that have more than 5000 stitches a quote will be provided. If you are not sure or would like to find out if your logo will be more than 10,000 stitches just send us your logo nd we will revert with details of stitch count.

We provide free set up for logo's for one location. If a logo is required for the 2nd location a set up fee of Rs. 500 is required up to 5000 stitches. Logos more than 10,000 stitches will be quoted for set up and run charges.

*The run charge price is based on up to 5,000 stitches for the 2nd location of logos. If the 2nd location is to personalized a run charge for personalization is quoted separately. Example of personalization would be a person name on the right chest or the persons name below the logo. A common question we received is why is personalization more than logos for the 2nd location? When you run logos for the 2nd location we can run many at one time. With personalization each time you change the name it requires us to set up again.

Do you offer a printed catalog?
This is a 2 part answer. Yes and No

Yes, we do provide a catalog to all new orders. On your first order we ship a catalog with the order.

No, we do not as in catalog request. The reasoning for this is because products are added and dropped throughout the year and the website has the most updated product listing. Also the cost to print and ship them. If we shipped a catalog to each person that has requested a catalog we would need to increase our prices to cover that cost.

We believe people want the best price and service possible. If you do not find a product on our site complete our request form and most likely can offer it. If you have found it on a competitors website complete the price guarantee form. We have resources to 1000's of products.

What size do I order?
Contact us with your size chart request, we will provide with information on what size to choose.

Are products returnable after they have been decorated?
Yes they are if the product is damage by the manufacture or by us when decorating. If we find any defects in the items before shipping they will replace before they are shipped.

Once an item is decorated and shipped we ask you to notify us of any item that are damaged within 36 hours of receipt. After 36 hours of receipt we will consider the items were delivered as ordered.

Very rarely will you need to notify us of any damage items because our production is a 3 step process and if there are any damage items we will generally catch them in one of the three steps.
